Dr. R. Sundararaj

M.Sc, M.Phil, Ph.D, MNASc, FIAWSc, FAZR, FESI, FRES

Dr. R. Sundararaj has 37 years of research experience in tree health and integrated pest management, with a special focus on Indian sandalwood and whitefly taxonomy. He has published over 300 scientific papers in renowned international and Indian journals and has guided 15 Ph.D. students and three postdoctoral fellows.

He is a Fellow of the Royal Entomological Society, London, UK; Fellow of the Entomological Society of India, New Delhi; Fellow of the Indian Academy of Wood Sciences, Bangalore; and Fellow of the Applied Zoologists Association of India. Dr. Sundararaj has received numerous awards, including the Guru Vandhana Appreciation Award from Rotary Bangalore South, the Karnataka Civil Defense Corps award, and the Rao Sahib Dr. T.-V. Ramakrishna Ayyar Memorial Award from the Dr. B. Vasantharaj David Foundation, Chennai. He has co-authored the book “Handbook of Whiteflies” and edited “Science of Wood Degradation and its Protection.” He also authored “Sandalwood Cultivation and Management: For Prosperity and Ecosystem.” After retiring as Scientist G and Head of the Forest Protection Division at ICFRE-Institute of Wood Science and Technology, Bangalore, he continues his research and manages Estate Bull Realtors Private Limited.

Mr. Gunti Sankara

Agronomist and Sandalwood Cultivation Specialist

Mr. Sankara is a distinguished agronomist with over a decade of expertise in sandalwood cultivation. Having successfully completed professional training at the Institute of Wood Science and Technology (IWST), he brings exceptional knowledge and practical insights into sustainable sandalwood using organic techniques.

Throughout his career, Mr. Sankara has trained more than 500 farmers across India through various programs, empowering cultivators with advanced techniques and field-based best practices. His deep passion for agroforestry and commitment to excellence have earned him invitations as a Guest Speaker at prominent events in Bangalore and Hyderabad, where he has shared his valuable expertise on sandalwood cultivation and sustainable farming.

An up to date copy of the layout and allocation would be available at our website and allocations are done on first come first serve basis (without any prior reservations) to maintain a fair and transparent ownership.

As the owner you are free to transfer/change the ownership however the new owner has to agree/follow the same agreement of cultivation as done originally. Any/all cost/s immerging out of the transfer has to be borne by the customer or the new party.

Land is the only immovable instrument involved in farming. All other assets like, saplings, bore-wells, drip, security, compound walls, sump, guest house, shed for watchman, including the time, effort & expertise of the team is invested on this unmovable asset and this instrument called land is being registered in the name of the investors.
